Bob Marquardt has held leadership positions in Sales Management, Channel Development, Customer Support and Franchise System Development for both large and small organizations.

The majority of his experience is within sales and marketing for industrial products in the business-to-business segment, including responsibilities with Cummins for North America Power Generation sales. He is a past Adjunct Faculty member for Carlson School of Management and the University of Minnesota. He is currently an Adjunct Faculty member for the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, Minnesota. His course offerings include Distribution Strategy, Sales Management and Logistics, and Supply Chain Management.

Over the past several years, Bob’s knowledge and leadership abilities have been utilized in a wide range of areas and key roles including developing and implementing sales and marketing plans and strategies, organizational restructuring including expansion plans, public relations and promotion, and franchise development and sales.

After a tour in the United States Navy, Bob received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Minnesota. He and his wife live in Edina, Minnesota. Bob has a passion for classic cars, the speed of slalom water skiing, and relaxing at the family cabin with his wife and two sons.
